Our Cooperative

Built in the early 70's and comprised of 6 buildings, East Midtown Plaza provides affordable housing to middle income families. Located between 1st and 2nd Ave and 23rd and 25th street in New York City, it offers many amenities such as security, laundry facilities, an onsite gym, a playground and a parking garage. Most of all, East Midtown Plaza provides a community and a great place to live.
